We provide a digital sales channel where individuals and businesses can buy prepaid mobile top-ups for Cuban lines. CargaCell is an independent third-party reseller operated in Spain. We are not ETECSA and we do not issue top-ups directly to Cuban lines. Fulfillment is handled through DT One, our service provider, which maintains the connection with ETECSA. All operator names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

How it works

1. Browse our catalog and choose the top-up product for the desired operator and country.
2. Enter the recipient phone number, including the country code.
3. Complete payment securely via card or wallet balance.
4. The top-up is dispatched digitally and applied to the recipient's line.
